Day 1 - Friday

Arrival | Tel Aviv | Jaffa

Arrival at Ben Gurion Airport. Meeting and assistance.

Visit Neot Kedumim – biblical nature reserve.

After biblical meal proceed to Tel Aviv and Old Jaffa tour.

Overnight: Tel Aviv.

Caesarea

Day 2

Caesarea | Zichron Yakov | Haifa

Drive to Caesarea – the remnants of the city and ancient port built by Herods the Great.

We continue to Zichron Yakov – one of the first Jewish cities of Erez Israel.

Visit the Carmel Mizrachi Winery for a tour and taste the wine prodoced in the winery.

Continue to the tomb and park of Edmond Binyamin Rothschild.

Pass through Haifa – one of he biggest industrial centers of Israel.

Stop for panorama of Haifa Bay from Mount Carmel.

Overnight: Kibbutz in the North.

Safed

Day 3

Galilee | Safed | Golan Heights | Mount Bental

Excursion to Galilee, we will begin with Safed – birthplace of Kabala – Jewish mystic teachings, the old city, the ancient synagogues and the artist colony.

Drive to the Golan Heights for an easy hiking in the Golan including going to the Banias springs, the source of the Jordan River, continue to Tel Dan, one of the most spectacular nature reasorts and also a biblical town.

We will go up Mount Bental for a panoramic view over Israel and Syria.

Overnight: Kibbutz in the North.

Kotel Tunnels

Day 4

Jerusalem

Excursion to Jerusalem Old City.

Through Jaffa Gate to the Jewish quarter, the Cardo remnants of ancient Roman street, to the Square of Four Synagogues and to the Wailing Wall and the Kotel Tunnels.

Continue to Mount Zion and King’s David Tomb.

Optional: Walk to the Western Wall for a special “Kabalat Shabbat” and prayer before Shabbat.

Overnight: Jerusalem.

Jerusalem Street

Day 5

Jerusalem

Walking Tour in Jerusalem – Visit to special neighborhoods of Jerusalem and hearing the great stories about those people who decided to get out of the walled city in the early days of Israel.

Overnight: Jerusalem.

Ein Gedi

Day 6

Massada | Ein Gedi | Dead Sea

We will drive to Massada, take the cable car to the mountain fortress and view the remains of Herod's fortress, fully excavated.

This is followed by a beautiful hike at Ein Gedi, David Spring.

We end our day flouting at the Dead Sea.

Transfer to airport.

Sunday

Hatzerim | Sde Boker | Zin Valley | Mitzpe Ramon | Timna | Eilat

Travel south to the Negev desert, visit Israel’s Air force Museum at Hatzerim to view the planes and equipment and to hear the story of this brave fighting force.

Visit Sde Boker and see Ben Gurion’s hut and grave overlooking the magnificent Zin Valley.

Stop at Mitzpe Ramon to gaze into the Ramon Crater, a geological wonder.

Drive to Timna to see the copper mines and King Solomon’s pillars and marvel at the huge multi-colored rock formations.

Arrive to Eilat for overnight.

Day at leisure.

Stroll around the city’s streets, the beach promenade and enjoy water sport activities – on your own or take an optional tour to the Rose city of Petra.

Underwater Observatory

Tuesday

Eilat

Visit the underwater observatory, one of the largest sea aquariums in the world,
built into a coral reef.

Drive to Mamshit for a camel ride experience and a visit the Bedouin tent.

Learn about the Bedouin hospitality and enjoy a light lunch.

Drive back to Tel Aviv for overnight.

Transfer to Ben-Gurion airport for departure.

Full day tour to the amazing rose city of Petra.

Transfer from your hotel to the Arava border point with Jordan, cross into Jordan and drive to the rose city of Petra.

Visit to the wonders of the ancient city of Petra the Rose Red City carved by the Nabataeans out of solid rock.

A visit to Petra is one of the true highlights of any tour to the Middle East. For hundreds of years, Petra was forgotten until it was rediscovered in 1812. The entire city is carved into the sides of a deep gorge, which is entered on foot or by horse-drawn carriages.

In the late afternoon return to your hotel in Eilat.
