Day 2 - Thursday
Arrival
Arrival to Ben-Gurion Airport, Meeting and assistance.
Drive to Mount Scopus for a great panoramic view, we will have a shehecheyanu service upon entering the holy city of Jerusalem, proceed to the hotel in Jerusalem.
Dinner at the hotel.
Overnight: Jerusalem.

Day 3 - Friday
Jerusalem
Walk through one of the Gates to the walled Old City: the renewed Jewish Quarter; the Western Wall, the Temple area; the colorful bazaars; the Cardo and a special visit to the Kotel Tunnels.
We will have a special experience at the very new museum at the South Wall excavation, going all the way down to the Second Temple period main street to the Second Temple.
We return to the hotel to get ready for Shabbat.
Before dinner we will go to a special Shabbat candle lighting by the Western Wall and join Shabbat prayers by the Wall.

Day 4 - Saturday
Jerusalem
Walking tour of Jerusalem.
Visit the special neighborhoods of Jerusalem and hear great stories of the people who decided to get out of the walled city in the early days of Israel.
Drive by the Knesset and the Giant Menora to the Holyland Second Temple model - a scale model of Jerusalem in stone.
Also visit the Israel museum.
Overnight: Jerusalem.

Day 5 - Sunday
Jerusalem | Dead Sea
Sightseeing in the New City.
Drive by the Knesset and Mount Herzl,
Drive to view excavations of the ancient City of David and to the Ammunition Hill - Jordanian Army stronghold, that was conquered in a fierce and bloody battle by the paratrooper's brigade of the Israeli Army, during the Six Day War, in 1967.
Visit to “Mini Israel” and experience Israel's historical, cultural and religious diversity, as well as architectural landmarks, holy sites, biblical & archeological relics. All models are exact replicas (on a scale of 1:25) of the original sites.
We drive south to the Dead Sea.

Day 6 - Monday
Massada | Ein Gedi | Dead Sea
After breakfast drive to Massada, take the cable car to the mountain fortress,
View the remains of Herod's fortress, fully excavated, a beautiful hike at Ein Gedi, David Spring.
The rest of the day will be to enjoy the hotel spa and floating on the Dead Sea.

Day 7 - Tuesday
Beer Sheva | Caesarea | Zichron Yaacov | Haifa | Sea of Galilee
We d rive north to start with a visit to the Air-Force museum not far from Beer Sheva.
Drive to Caesarea to see the remnants of the city and ancient port built by Herod the Great.
We continue to Zichron Yaakov – one of the first Jewish cities of Arez Israel, with a visit to the Carmel Mizrachi Winery for a tour and taste the wine produced in the winery.
We'll pass through Haifa, one of the largest industrial centers of Israel, stopping for a panorama view of Haifa Bay from Mount Carmel.

Day 8 - Wednesday
Golan Heights | Sea of Galilee
Drive to the Golan Heights.
We start with an amazing panoramic view from Mount Bental.
Visit the former Syrian fortifications, Birkat Ram, and the Druze villages, stop at the fortress of Gamla, we continue to visit Katzrin and visit the ruins of the ancient Talmudic Jewish village of Katzrin.
Special evening – home hospitality at the Kibbutz member's homes.
Overnight: Kibbutz hotel on the Sea of Galilee.

Day 9 - Friday
Safed
We will start with visit to Safed, city of the Kabala, to visit the synagogues and the artists’ colony.
Continue to a beautiful easy hike at Mount Meron.
And we will end our day at Tzippori, the ancient capital of the Galilee with the recent excavations and impressive mosaics.
Overnight: Kibbutz hotel on the Sea of Galilee.

Day 10 - Saturday
Tel Aviv | Jaffa
Drive to Tel Aviv and Jaffa.
Visit the Old city of Jaffa and the artist colony.
Walk through the special neigborhoods of Tel Aviv.
Continue to a special Friday markets tour before Shabbat, a colorful experience, a special treat to get to know the Israeli culture.
Overnight: Tel Aviv
Day 11 - Sunday
Enroute
Transfer to the airport for the flight back to the US.
